3. Products, Stock, and Price Updates

  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and stock information on the website are accurate.
  • Product availability may change at any time, and actual confirmation will be provided in the shipping notification.
  • We reserve the right to update prices before order confirmation; prices of confirmed orders remain unchanged.
  • All order information is subject to the final payment page and confirmation emails.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Before confirming an order, users should check the address, quantity, and product details.
  • Once confirmed, orders enter the processing stage. For modifications or cancellations, please refer to the “Order Cancellation Policy” and contact us promptly.
  • Accepted payment methods include: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and VISA.
  • Once payment is successful, the order is considered officially submitted, and we will process the order.
  • All orders are online sales; no offline transactions are available.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery is available throughout Australia only.
  • Orders ≥ AUD 140: free shipping; orders < AUD 140: a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99 applies.
  • Orders processed before 17:00 (CET) will be handled the same day; orders after this time or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time: 6–8 business days.
  • Shipping carriers: Australia Post, StarTrack, DHL Express.
  • Orders can be tracked on the website’s “Order Tracking” page using your email or phone number and order number.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders placed within 48 hours and not yet shipped can be directly canceled.
  • Orders exceeding 48 hours or already shipped cannot be directly canceled; refunds can be requested after delivery through the return process.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone with order number and payment proof.
  • We will notify you of the cancellation result and arrange a refund once approved.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, VISA) and are expected to arrive within 10–15 business days.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

7. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days after delivery.
  • Acceptable reasons: product appearance issues, quality problems, odor, severe color differences, incorrect items, or no reason (where applicable).
  • Requests must include the order number, payment proof, and relevant photos/videos, submitted via email or phone.
  • Once approved, we will provide a return address. Users must securely package the product, accessories, materials, and included return label.
  • After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If approved, replacement items will be shipped within 1–3 business days, and refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
  • Shipping costs for product-related issues are borne by us; shipping costs for no-reason returns are borne by the user.
