Order Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the conditions, procedures, and refund arrangements related to order cancellations. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Selonalti (hereinafter referred to as “we”)
1. Order Cancellation Conditions
- Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours after placement may be canceled directly.
- Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may wait for delivery and then contact us to request a return and refund. For more details, please refer to the Return & Exchange Policy.
2. Order Cancellation Process
- Please contact Selonalti (hereinafter referred to as “we”) via email or phone to request order cancellation and provide the order number, proof of payment, and any other required information.
- Our customer service team will review your request promptly. Once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange the refund accordingly.
3. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment card used at checkout, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and VISA.
Processing Time: Depending on the processing speed of the issuing bank, refunds are expected to be credited within 10–15 business days. If the refund is not received after this period, please contact us for assistance.
