Shipping Policy

 

To ensure a clear and transparent delivery process, the following terms outline our shipping arrangements, responsibilities, and related matters within Australia. By placing an order, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Shipping Terms.

1. Delivery Area

Selonalti (hereinafter referred to as “we”) currently provides delivery services within Australia only.
Delivery to countries or regions outside Australia is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total value equal to or above AUD 140 (including AUD 140) qualify for free delivery

  • Orders with a total value below AUD 140 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Cut-off Time

Order processing is based on our business hours:
10:00 – 17:00 (CET)

  • Orders placed and paid before 17:00 will begin processing on the same day

  • Orders placed after 17:00 will begin processing on the next working day

  • If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will start on the next available working day

4. Order Processing Time

After payment confirmation, orders enter the processing stage.
The order processing time is 1–3 business days, which includes order verification, picking, packing, and dispatch preparation.

5. Transit Time

Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Shipping Carriers

Depending on the order and delivery location, we may use one of the following carriers:
Australia Post
StarTrack
DHL Express

The final carrier will be determined at the time of shipment.

7. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information.
You may visit the “Order Tracking page on our website and enter the email address or phone number used for the order along with the corresponding order number to check the order status.

8. Responsibility Statement

(1) Product Damage or Loss
If you discover visible damage or missing items upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide relevant photos or descriptions. We will assist with further handling.

(2) Shipping Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. In special circumstances, please contact us promptly to confirm available options.

(3) Delivery Address and Responsibility
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Any consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses shall be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Delivery Acceptance Notes

  • Please inspect the outer packaging before signing for delivery

  • If any abnormalities are found, make a note at the time of delivery or retain relevant evidence

  • After acceptance, the external condition of the package is considered confirmed
